Drik Picture Library Limited cordially invites you to the opening ceremony of the World Press Photo Exhibition 2022 at Drik Gallery on Friday, 4 November 2022 at 4:30 pm.

The Exhibition 2022, on its world-wide tour, showcases the stories that matter with photography from the 65th annual World Press Photo Contest. The annual World Press Photo Contest recognises and celebrates the best photojournalism and documentary photography produced over the last year. The stories that matter will be on display at Drik Gallery, Dhaka.

Joumana El Zein Khoury, Executive Director, World Press Photo Foundation, 

H.E. Anne van Leeuwen, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Bangladesh, 

Abir Abdullah, Photographer and former World Press Photo Jury and 

Shahidul Alam, Managing Director, Drik Picture Library will be present at the opening to make reflections on the exhibition and the context of its Dhaka edition.
