Onno Chokhe Dekha (Seeing with another eye): Was a collective of women photographers setup by Drik in 1992. Based on a workshop organised jointly by Autograph in London and Drik, the workshop was conducted by British photographer Poulomi Desai. The group produced an exhibition, which was curated by Shahidul Alam and toured Bangladesh and the UK. The exhibition, which explored issues of gender and representation and analysed the position of women in Bangladeshi society, is currently in France. Several members have gone on to build successful media careers.
